Carter has been a dedicated REALTOR® with Semonin since 2014, during which he has built a successful career and formed the dynamic Ignite Property Group. Under his leadership, the team has consistently achieved Top Producer, President’s, and Chairman’s Club awards. A firm believer in education and advocacy for all REALTORS®, Carter has served as an informal leader within the industry for years. As the Elizabethtown manager, he leverages his extensive relationships across the state, Carter actively engages with the Heart of Kentucky Association of Realtors and various community organizations near the Elizabethtown office, supporting both agents and the local community.

Carter was initially licensed in 2014 and earned his Broker License in 2018. Carter is a 2019 Graduate of the GLAR Leadership Institute and is currently serving in the following association roles:

Carter Martin, Jr. is the husband of Dr. Mitisha Martin, a dentist and a Lieutenant Colonel in the Kentucky Army National Guard. Carter is the father of four wonderful children and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Carter loves to bowl, bicycle, and practice martial arts. Carter is a 2nd Degree Black Belt in Taekwondo and is working towards his goal of becoming a Master Instructor. He is also involved in his church, St Stephen Baptist, and his community.
