Kathryn began her real estate career with Semonin Realtors in 1994. Over the last three decades, Kathryn has cultivated a prosperous business as a Top Producing REALTOR®, managed and led a team of over 100 agents as a well-respected Semonin Sales Manager, and advocated for all members of the local real estate association through various involvements on industry boards and committees.

 

From assisting buyers and sellers through the complex process of buying and/or selling a home in Louisville, KY, to coaching her team of real estate professionals to reach their entrepreneurial dreams, Kathryn serves passionately in everything she does. She upholds the Semonin core values of honesty, integrity, and the continual pursuit of excellence to an admirable degree. Kathryn’s passion for serving people and love for real estate, has most recently transpired into industry work on numerous committees, including serving a current term on the MSI Board of Directors.
